Yes, it is possible! The achievement is directly based upon the amount of time an individual puts in as well as the number and type of workouts completed.
March 25th through March 31st was the most intense week of workouts for me from a miles perspective. I completed 107 miles through my workouts!
My workouts for the week were as follows:
March 25th - I began the day weighing 286 lbs - I walked outside for 247 minutes and completed 17 miles then I completed 45 minutes on the treadmill at a speed 4.4 mph for a total of 3.3 miles.
March 26th - I began the day weighing 282 lbs - I did not work out all day.
March 27th - I began the day weighing 284 lbs - I walked on the treadmill for 100 minutes at a speed of 4.4 mph for a total of 7.3 miles; Then, I rode on a stationary bicycle for 130 minutes completing 16 miles; Finally, I capped off the day with another walk on the treadmill for 60 minutes at a speed of 4.4 mph for a total of 4.4 miles.
March 28th - I began the day weighing 278 lbs - I rode my bicycle outside for a 155 minutes for a total of 23 miles.
March 29th - I began the day weighing 279 lbs - I rode a stationary bicycle for 101 minutes for a total of 12 miles, then I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes at a speed of 4.5 mph for a total of 3.0 miles.
March 30th - I began the day weighing 281 lbs - I walked on the treadmill for 100 minutes at a speed of 4.5 mph for a total of 7.5 miles.
March 31st - I began the day weighing 280 lbs - I walked on the treadmill for 65 minutes at a speed of 4.5 mph for a total of 5.0 miles.
The fluctuations in weight are directly attributed to what I was eating and when I was eating it. However, I still achieved my goal of weighing 280 lbs by March 31st! I am by no means recommending this type of intensity as a norm, but it works for me and where I am in my journey.
