Milestone Weeks during the Second Quarter

May 13-19, 2013 - 103.3 miles through workouts
May 13th - 305 minutes of outdoor cycling while achieving a new distance record of 51 miles, which is an unofficial 80K ride.

May 14th - 90 minutes of walking, 3 miles.

May 15th - 200 minutes on the treadmill between two workouts, 8.6 miles for the first workout and 8.5 miles for the second workout.

May 17th - 145 minutes of stationary cycling, 17 miles

May 18th -51 minutes of walking, 2.2 miles

May 19th - 86 minutes of walking, 4.7 miles and 100 minutes on the treadmill, 8.3 miles

May 20-26, 2013 - 114.2 miles through workouts
May 20th - 100 minutes on the treadmill, 8.3 miles and 120 minutes of walking, 7.6 miles

May 21st - 190 minutes of walking, 12.0 miles

May 22nd - 72 minutes on the elliptical, 2.1 miles; 75 minutes of walking, 4.8 miles and 80 minutes of swimming, 1 mile

May 23rd - 108 minutes of walking, 7.5 miles

May 24th - 114 minutes of cycling, 19.5 miles and 110 minutes of cycling, 17 miles

May 25th - 100 minutes of cycling, 16.0 miles

May 26th - 97 minutes of cycling, 17.4 miles and 60 minutes of swimming, 1 mile

June 10-16, 2013 - 121 miles through workouts
June 10th - 180 minutes of outdoor cycling, 30.5 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest for the first 13.4 miles)

June 11th - 80 minutes on the treadmill, 6.7 miles

June 12th - 100 minutes on the treadmill, 8.3 miles

June 13th - 78 minutes of outdoor cycling, 12.4 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest); 45 minutes on the elliptical, 1.4 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest)

June 14th (MY BIRTHDAY) - 105 minutes of outdoor cycling, 18.4 miles and 120 minutes of walking, 8.0 miles

June 15th - 205 minutes of walking, 13 miles

June 16th (FATHER'S DAY) - 183 minutes of walking (around LegoLand), 2.5 miles and 101 minutes of outdoor cycling, 19.5 miles

June 24-30, 2013 - 142 miles through workouts
June 24th - 100 minutes of stationary cycling, 13 miles; 100 minutes on the treadmill, 8.5 miles and 60 minutes of swimming, .46 of a mile

June 26th - 100 minutes on the treadmill, 8.7 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest); 84 minutes of outdoor cycling, 15.1 miles and 45 minutes of swimming, .46 of a mile

June 27th - 106 minutes of walking, 6.6 miles

June 28th - 147 minutes of outdoor cycling, 26.8 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest)

June 29th - 183 minutes of outdoor cycling, 34.9 miles (wore a 40lb weighted vest)

June 30th - 196 minutes of walking, 13.1 miles; 80 minutes of outdoor cycling, 14.7 miles
