January 2014 saw me achieve a low in weight of 257 lbs. January 2015 began with me weighing 339 lbs. During the course of 2014, I allowed myself to go backwards on my eating habits and I gained 82 lbs.
Simply stated, my goal for 2015 is to lose the 82 lbs that I gained in 2014. I have calculated that in order to achieve this goal, I will have to lose approximately 7 lbs a month, which translates to approximately 2 lbs a week.
At the time of this posting, I have lost 8 lbs this month with 10 days remaining in the month.
I have shaken things up by committing myself to strength training, taking Tae Kwon Do, incorporating a Card's workout as well as a Crossfit workout at home. Now all I have to do is incorporate all of the other activities (swimming, walking, outdoor cycling, etc...) into a schedule with the new activities.
I have increased my daily calorie burn from 2,000 to 2,500, however, I maintained the 10 miles a day.
