Calorie Goal - 77,500
Miles Goal - 310
Weight Loss Goal - 7lbs

Calorie Total - 114,174
Miles Total - 425.8
Weight Loss Total - 8lbs

Many of the calories burned were attributed to two (2) weekly classes of Strength, Conditioning and Kickboxing as well as a minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) weekly classes of Tae Kwon Do. I also managed to, and I need to increase the amount of, do strength training as well as the 'Cards' workout and some Cross Training.
