I began the month at 330lbs, I lost 6lbs (down to 324lbs) and finished the month at 333lbs. Not a good month as it pertains to weight loss! I am also disappointed that I only had 4 days of strength training, just like January, but that will definitely change in March.
I kicked off the month with some strength training (31 minutes) as well as hitting my 100lb punching bag (21 minutes) and that was after having cycled (stationary) for 85 minutes.
