On March 14th, I participated in my first, ever, Tae Kwon Do tournament where I competed against other men my age and/or belt level. At the end of it all, I departed the tournament with two gold medals and one bronze medal.
I also increased my strength training during the month from four days to six days. So lets see if I can increase that number during April.
